Ехаў у панылым тралейбусе з ускраіны ў цэнтар. На прыпынку ўвалілася п’яная кампанія: два чырвонатварых дзядзькі ў гадах і дзве цёткі з залатымі зубамі.
У іх былі валізы з пляшкамі і ежай і гармонік... Відаць не дагулялі… Селі цёткі з дзядзькамі ў канцы тралейбуса і пачалі спяваць… Спявалі! Я пашкадаваў, што спявакі выйшлі на два прыпынкі раней за мяне. Яны падзякавалі слухачам. Пасажыры тралейбуса правялі кампанію апладысментамі.
Не так і важна хто ты, як выглядаеш. Галоўнае, наколькі добра ўмееш сваю справу рабіць.

Пару дней назад стало известно, о присуждении Премии музыкальной телекорпорации MTV, Михаилу Горбачёву. Ясное дело, что эта и все остальные премии, присуждённые этому типу, были вручены ему, за его "вклад" в уничтожение СССР и других соцстран Восточной Европы. Понятное дело, что скажем, таким людям, как: Фидель Кастро, Слободан Милошевич, Эрнесто Че-Гевара и другим истинным борцам за свободу, даже по большущей протекции, навряд-ли присудили-бы Премию MTV. Незнаю, насколько велик музыкальный талант Горбачёва (мне лично не известно, ни об одной оперной арии, автором которой является этот человек). Но его талант разрушения вверенной его руководству страны - не поддаётся сомнению. Так-же, не поддаётся сомнению его талант, полного уничтожения Социализма в Восточной Европе, вещь приведшая к кровопролитным войнам в бывшей уже Югославии, на Северном Кавказе, в Приднестровье, Ферганской области Узбекистана, Таджикистане, и других местах. И вот именно за его "музыку" разрушения и уничтожения всего хорошего, что нам дал Союз, он и получил эту "Музыкальную" Премию MTV.

Lisbon has always been a stage for the meeting of several cultures, mostly due to the past of the city as the capital of a colonial empire in Africa and Latin America. Nowadays it is a huge pot of creativity which attracts artists from all over the world and it is a privileged space where musicians find each other, share ideas and mix rhythms. It is from this mixture that, in 2005, afrobeat collective Cacique..97 was born.

With musicians with Mozambican and Portuguese origins, this collective incorporates members from groups such as Cool Hipnoise, Philharmonic Weed and The Most Wanted, well known projects in the areas of funk, reggae and the afro sound.

The passion for the music of Fela Kuti and Tony Allen has united these musicians for the pursuance of a common goal: to create a collective that mirrored the Lisbon mixture, by crossing the characteristic urban Nigerian rhythm which is afrobeat, with the musical tradition of the Portuguese-speaking African countries and of Brazil, whom has always been very present in the Portuguese capital.

Cacique..97 intend to give birth to a global soundtrack of the new times without losing the activist approach and the promotion of social awareness so fond to afrobeat.

The Portuguese band Cacique '97 is further proof that the Nigerian jazz-funk style known as afrobeat has become a truly international phenomenon.
A big horn section over a driving bassline and multi-layered vocals means Cacique '97 can hold their own among the best Afrobeat bands anywhere in the world.

олько что вернулся с Дня открытых дверей в Доме национальностей на Моховой, 15. Очень хотелось нам с соратниками узнать, чем этот "дом" занимается и есть ли в нём место русским. Первый разговор состоялся с Гатиным Ислямом Талиповием, исполнительным директором этого чудесного заведения. По национальности он татарин. Сначала он попытался втолковать нам что "все мы вместе русские", но поняв, что с нами эта ерунда не прокатит, стал отвечать на наши вопросы. Разговор пошёл в культурном спокойном русле, так что осталось приятное впечатление. Из сказанного им стало ясно, что Дом национальностей занимается только помощью в организации культурных мероприятий по национальной тематике, предоставляя материальную и иную поддержку. Проблемами миграции и адаптации он не занимается принципиально, так что разговаривать на эту тему не было смысла. В Доме представлены национальные объединения евреев, марийцев, азербайджанцев, бурят и много кого ещё. Что же касается русского представительства, то оно ограничено региональными землячествами (например землячество города Кирова), чисто русским, национальное объединение, в отличии от остальных народов, быть не может, об этом нам более наглядно поведала Дыдымова Алла Сергеевна - Генеральный директор Санкт-Петербургского Дома национальностей. Когда мы ей задали вопрос о русском представительстве, у неё скривилось лицо, как будто её заставили жевать лимон.

- Что? Русские?! Что за бред?! Русские не могут иметь своего национального представительства в России.
- Почему? Чем мы хуже других?
- Потому! Русские не имеют на это права! По закону!

Ну то что по закону русские прав не имеют это мы и так знаем, более интересно было увидеть, с какой экспрессией и презрением были сказаны эти слова. Тётя держится линии партии, всё верно. Ну а мы пока просто это запомним, ага.

The 1,100-plus entries range in length from half a page to eight pages, and the number of bibliographical references from a few to 40. Major topics are represented by extended, in-depth essays, but the more tangential entries--Concubinage, Sanitation, Virtue --are also informative. More than a third of the entries are biographical.
